• Olive, vierge, morte à Aragni. Nom issu du latin "oliva" (olive). Fête le 3 juin.
• Olive, martyre à Brescia en 119. Fête le 5 mars.
• Olive (5 mars), jeune fille de Palerme, déportée par les Sarrasins à l'âge de 13 ans, abandonnée en forêt, puis mise à mort au IXème siècle, à Tunis, en provoquant la conversion de ses bourreaux. Fête le 5 mars (10 juin).
• Pierre-Jean Olive, théologien français, né à Sérignan en 1247, mort en 1298 à Narbonne. Ses idées ayant été condamnées, son corps fut déterré puis brûlé. Il fut réhabilité ultérieurement.
