Viridiana

Viridiana
née à Castelfiorentino, près de Florence, vers 1175, fit le pèlerinage à Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle en 1205, puis demanda à être enfermée dans une cellule de recluse où elle vécut coupée du monde pendant 34 ans, jusqu'en 1242. Saint-François d'Assise la visita en 1221. Ses reliques furent transférées en 1939 dans une église qui lui est dédiée à Castelfiorentino. Fête le 1er février.
